Solaris Reference

These behemoth power amplifiers from Audire are substantial equipment measuring in at  19" w X 13" h X 36" d, hand made modular mono block constructions, featuring cast heatsinks, and a 1 inch thick front panel, made of the finest quality aerospace grade aluminum.   The pcb tracks and solders are silver and tara labs internal wiring is used. The signal path components are of the highest quality sourced from duelund and mundorf. The power side components are sourced from mundorf. It also features fully balanced dual mono operation, with a power transformer which is overrated four times (4X power transformer rating). The power supply wiring is done with 2 gauge 99.9% pure copper  (with an option of copper, silver and silver-gold at zero gauge). This amplifier is highly biased CLASS A-B amplifier with 1 kW per channel output and works in CLASS A mode upto 25 W. IEC connectors are provided by FIM Audio, and Cardas Rhodium plated connectors are used. Further features for this amplifier include delayed on, speaker protection circuit, dc protection circuit, slow blow fuse with and optional MOV and a fully featured medical grade power conditioning unit, with an audiophile grade isolation transformer and Q controller. The amplifiers are also supplied with custom made proprietory isolation platforms with and extremely low resonance property, with an option of pnuematic levitation platforms (with a resonant frequency of less than 2 Hz).
